Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to develop and interpret complex financial concepts for planning and control. You will lead reporting, budget, and capital evaluation efforts, partnering with plant leadership to balance capacity, cost, and delivery, and translate data into actionable recommendations for Operations leadership.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous controls, and the ability to influence across Finance and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, OneStream or similar planning/reporting tools, and Power BI.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data for leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for daily tier-level discussions with timely insights and variance drivers.
• Partner with plant leadership to review manufacturing targets and balance capacity, cost, and delivery.
• Translate complex data into decision-ready recommendations for Operations leadership.
• Analyze variances to Budget and Outlook, research drivers and guide strategies.
• Lead and execute the annual budget process linking targets to cost drivers and improvements.
• Support business cases for capital investments evaluating financial impacts and payback.
