This role builds and leads a team of FP&A analysts, partners with operations, and drives budgeting, forecasting, and close processes to deliver actionable insights and financial performance enhancements.

The position emphasizes strategic partnerships, cost reduction initiatives, and ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years FP&A or related finance experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience partnering with operations or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/reporting tools experience a plus.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts, drive accountability, capability, and engagement.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to support strategic and financial decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational performance; translate data into actionable business insights.
• Lead budget, forecast, and period-end close processes; ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive actions to improve cost, productivity, and financial outcomes.
• Support strategic initiatives including cost reduction, capital investments, and process improvements.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and tools to increase efficiency and insight.
