Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an FP&A Manager I to lead financial planning, performance management, and business partnerships across multiple manufacturing areas. This role will develop a team of analysts while delivering actionable insights to drive operational performance and influence decision-making.

You will partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders, oversee budgets, forecasts, and period-end close, and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience; prior leadership or project leadership preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience partnering with operations or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/reporting tools experience a plus.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts, drive accountability, capability, and engagement
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to support strategic and financial decision-making
• Analyze financial and operational performance; translate data into actionable business insights
• Lead budget, forecast, and period-end close processes; ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive actions to improve cost, productivity, and financial outcomes
• Support strategic initiatives including cost reduction, capital investments, and process improvements
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and tools to increase efficiency and insight
