Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Senior Replenishment Process Owner to lead the enterprise replenishment and letdown framework across its distribution network. You will define standards, establish KPIs, and drive improvements in inventory availability and customer service, partnering with DC Operations, Capacity, Slotting, Inventory Control, Engineering, Transportation, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, replenishment, distribution, supply chain, or related operational process management.
• Experience designing, implementing, or improving replenishment or letdown processes within a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience developing standard work, operating procedures, KPIs, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise replenishment and letdown operating model across the network, setting standards and best practices.
• Develop and own the replenishment KPI framework and reporting.
• Analyze replenishment performance to identify trends and root causes across the network.
• Own the enterprise replenishment configuration within the WMS (NTS) and collaborate with IT for enhancements.
