KeHE Distributors seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead warehousing, distribution and transportation for the distribution center. This role directs safety, efficiency, and cost control while upholding OSHA standards and protecting company assets.

You will implement policies, drive Lean leadership, and ensure on-time delivery with strong cross-functional collaboration across departments. The position demands strategic oversight and a focus on performance improvements across the network.

• Must be able to resolve complex problems using judgment consistent with standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize and control warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities for the distribution center.
• Implement operating policies, procedures and processes to achieve safe, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations.
• Maintain the distribution center in accordance with health and sanitation standards and OSHA requirements.
• Drive leadership in safety, quality, on-time delivery, and Lean daily management.
• Develop and maintain inventory, shrinkage, and cost control procedures.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely truck departures and customer service expectations.
