Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Senior Replenishment Process Owner to lead the enterprise replenishment and letdown processes across our distribution network. You will partner with DC Operations, Capacity, Slotting, Inventory Control, Engineering, Transportation and IT to design scalable solutions that improve inventory availability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in warehouse operations, replenishment, or distribution.
• Experience with WMS, replenishment systems, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience leading multi-site improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve KeHE's enterprise replenishment and letdown operating model across the network.
• Define replenishment guidelines including frequency, triggers, priorities, timing, and standardization needs.
• Establish interfaces between replenishment and wave planning, order cutoffs, and dispatch sequencing.
• Develop enterprise KPI framework and reporting for replenishment performance and productivity.
