Job summary

ModMed is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise RCM Client Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on managing and reporting on the RCM operations for enterprise-sized medical practice clients, collaborating with internal teams and global partners to achieve KPIs and goals.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, review business metrics in regular meetings, and resolve billing issues while monitoring end-to-end RCM processes and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience; medical billing/coding certification preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in physician billing/RCM for large practices (15+ providers).
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers (Medicare, HMOs, PPOs) and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for enterprise clients and maintain strong relationships to address RCM needs.
• Lead regular client meetings to review metrics, progress, and service delivery.
• Identify and resolve billing-related issues; monitor end-to-end RCM processes; track KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal RCM operations and global teams to improve client metrics.
• Conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities and drive revenue-cycle improvements.
• Support sales calls with domain expertise and stay updated on healthcare trends.
