Checkout.com is seeking a Sr Specialist, Enterprise Ramp Management to convert complex enterprise deals into live, revenue-generating merchants through an end-to-end launch process. The role anchors the journey from merchant commitment through go-live and ramp, bridging Sales and Account Management.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, governance, risks, and cutover planning, and deliver a clean transition to the account team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in enterprise project or program management, ideally in payments/fintech/B2B SaaS.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream customer launches across stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk tracking, scope control, and executive communication.
• Coordinate with technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into actions.
• Commercially minded with a focus on time-to-revenue and long-term account potential.
• Proven ability to build customer trust and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the transition from merchant commitment through launch: define scope, commitments, milestones, and a launch plan.
• Run the integrated delivery plan with milestones, owners, cadence, and risk tracking.
• Lead client governance: kickoffs, sessions, status reviews, and decisions with clear ownership.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recovery options with concise updates.
• Drive launch readiness: coordinate technical, operational, commercial, and customer readiness criteria.
• Deliver a clean transition to the account team with status, baseline, and actions.
