• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience in payments/fintech.
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-workstream customer launches.
• Strong governance with risk, dependency tracking, and executive communication.
• Translate business requirements into technical actions with cross-functional teams.
• Commercial focus on time-to-revenue, customer value, and long-term account potential.
• Ability to build trust across geographies and time zones.
• Desire to develop repeatable playbooks for merchant launches.

Responsabilidades

• Own the transition from merchant commitment through launch.
• Run the integrated delivery plan with milestones, owners, and risk tracking.
• Lead client governance with kickoffs, working sessions, and status reviews.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recovery options to stakeholders.
• Drive launch readiness, cutover planning, and initial support period.
• Deliver a clean transition to the account team with owners and due dates.
