• Lead client governance: kickoffs, sessions, status reviews; circulate agendas; track actions with owners and due dates.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recovery options with concise updates.
• Drive launch readiness: coordinate technical, operational, commercial, and customer readiness; lead launch decision and cutover.
• Deliver a clean transition to the account team: hand off status, baseline, risks, and next actions with owners.
