Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Quality to build and run our new enterprise quality function. You will develop standards, drive adoption across units, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and enabling teams to turn strategy into execution.

This hands-on, influence-led role emphasizes clear standards, strong relationships, and enablement over authority, with a focus on global process improvements and measurable quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant quality/product ops/program or related experience.
• Experience developing or operating standards, frameworks, or programs to improve execution.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end process maps and define requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure quality gates are met.
• Act as SME and drive process improvements across units.
• Establish and implement best practices for the function.
• Develop and track key performance metrics.
