Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical depth in QA, and the ability to influence without authority while advancing enterprise QA standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in enterprise quality assurance/QA testing.
• Leadership experience with teams and mentoring.
• Experience with SDLC/QA governance and ISO standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Project QA testing and process improvement with PMs, POs, tech teams, and stakeholders
• Define requirements, develop and execute testing strategies, guide testers to validate system functionality
• Identify and report defects, monitor incidents, verify fixes with results documentation
• Grow a network of SMEs to promote QA processes on project teams
• Maintain a member-centered perspective and promote governance standards
• Validate root cause assumptions via testing and data analysis with Business Analysts
• Review system documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Ensure QA processes align with regulatory requirements and change control
