Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking an Enterprise Testing Analyst to help ensure our systems, software, and processes work accurately, delivering a consistent member and employee experience. You will partner with business units and project stakeholders to understand testing needs, define scope, and document results.

The role is full-time and hybrid with locations including Endwell NY, Saddle Brook NJ, Muhlenberg PA, and Reading PA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, technology, or related field; 1–3 years of testing/analyst experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Familiarity with consumer regulatory compliance and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication across analytical, business, and technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and with teams; handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Validate testing needs and define scope, requirements, and action steps.
• Conduct testing activities for enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Create and maintain testing workflows, documentation, and plans.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and support readiness for production.
• Develop test plans and test cases supporting business continuity.
• Analyze systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple testing assignments and meet SLAs.
• Provide timely feedback on end-user requests.
• Support delivery of initiatives into production and back-up coverage.
• Build relationships with internal teams and vendors through clear communication.
