Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Proposal Manager to extend our Sales team, owning end-to-end proposal, RFP, and RFI processes. You’ll engage with Account Executives and cross-functional partners to deliver clear, compelling, and accurate customer-facing documentation.

Based in the US or EMEA, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced scaling software environment, coordinating with Infosec, Legal, Finance, and Vendors to produce timely responses and drive deal velocity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, sales ops, or commercial roles.
• Experience in B2B and full sales cycle.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal, RFP, and RFI processes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs and stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions.
• Handle security questionnaires and due diligence with Infosec and Legal.
• Streamline RFP/RFI workflows and scale the sales operations function.
