Job summary

WillHire in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee 4-5 enterprise initiatives through their full lifecycle within TriState Capital Bank’s PMO framework. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, track performance, and escalate issues to leadership.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, develop plans, perform risk assessments, and mentor team members to PMO standards while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of technology project management experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years of banking or financial industry experience is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages 4-5 enterprise projects through their lifecycle.
• Manages changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measures project performance with suitable tools and metrics.
• Conducts stand-up and status meetings daily to weekly.
• Prepares project status reports and escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains projects in the bank's PMO system.
• Defines project scope, requirements, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensures resource availability and coordinates internal/external resources.
• Develops project plans and monitors progress.
• Performs risk assessments to minimize risk.
• Maintains relationships with third parties and vendors and manages client/stakeholder relationships.
• Creates and maintains project documentation and templates.
• Mentors team members to PMO standards.
