WillHire in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee 4-5 enterprise initiatives through their full lifecycle within TriState Capital Bank’s PMO framework. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, track performance, and escalate issues to leadership.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, develop plans, perform risk assessments, and mentor team members to PMO standards while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of technology project management experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years of banking or financial industry experience is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages 4-5 enterprise projects through their lifecycle.

Job Summary

This role involves directly managing 4-5 enterprise projects, facilitating them through their lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will oversee changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. They will measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques, hold periodic project stand‑ups and status meetings, and complete project status reports while escalating issues to various levels of management as needed. The role also includes maintaining projects in the TriState Capital Bank’s PMO system, assisting in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives, and ensuring resource availability and allocation. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution, develop project plans to monitor progress, and perform risk management assessments to minimize project risks. Additionally, they will establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors, manage client and stakeholder relationships, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, develop and maintain templates within the bank’s project management system, and mentor team members to PMO standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly manages 4-5 enterprise projects, facilitating the project through its lifecycle.
• Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Holds periodic project stand‑ups and project status meetings (daily to weekly).
• Completes project status reports, escalating to various levels of management as needed.
• Maintains projects in the TriState Capital Bank’s PMO system.
• Assists in the definition of project scope, requirements, and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensures resource availability and allocation and coordinates internal and external (third parties/vendors) resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develops project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Works with team members to perform risk management assessments to minimize project risk.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties and vendors, and successfully manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders throughout the project.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
• Develops and maintains templates within the bank’s project management system.
• Mentors internal and external team members to PMO standards.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $41.38/hour - $55.17/hour
