Springs Window Fashions is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in the Madison, WI area. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with two days remote, reporting to the PMO.

You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement to deliver strategic projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP is a plus.
• 4+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, and budget.

Job Summary

Project Management plays a crucial role in driving the successful execution of initiatives at Springs Window Fashions through effective collaboration with project teams. The role involves partnership with project sponsors, ensuring effective stakeholder management and business engagement, serving as the owner for project status and budget reporting and facilitating strong partnerships within the organization and with third‑party contributors to manage project scope, schedules, cost, risks, and issues.

Key Job Duties:

• Strategic Project Planning: Implement comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with leaders at Springs Window Fashions to ensure alignment with business strategies and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Resource Collaboration: Ensure collaboration across project resources for optimal utilization and efficiency in achieving project goals.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost‑effectiveness in project execution.
• Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in project management methodologies.

Additional Job Duties:

• Defines the business case for each initiative with input from stakeholders. Coordinating agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources.
• Oversees projects to achieve defined business outcomes. Leads high performing cross-functional teams to project success.
• Demonstrates business acumen and leadership to drive results, remove execution barriers and anticipate and manage risks. Escalate risks as needed. Seek to learn assigned business function, challenges, barriers, needs, as well as enabling processes and systems, to deliver desired outcomes.
• Incorporate people change management and business process activities into the project plan to ensure adoption and sustainability of the delivered outcomes.
• Financial management through monitoring and communicating project costs and benefits with business owners and Finance.
• Maintain effective communication with project team and internal/external stakeholders including producing accurate project status reports, decision logs, etc. to ensure team alignment and to drive forward progress.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on initiatives in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with change management.
• Experience utilizing project management tools, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
