Job summary

CornerStone Staffing seeks an experienced Enterprise Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead the replacement of the Project Management System and retire the legacy PWA environment. You will provide enterprise portfolio oversight, develop executive Power BI dashboards, and drive change-management activities across strategic tech and business initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, plan governance, and deliver training and communications to ensure smooth adoption.

CornerStone Staffing is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension.

This individual will lead the implementation of a new Project Management System as the legacy Project Web App (PWA) is decommissioned. The role will provide enterprise portfolio oversight, enhance executive visibility through Power BI reporting, lead user training, and drive change-management activities across strategic technology and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a replacement Project Management System and retirement of the legacy PWA environment.
• Develop project plans, schedules, governance materials, risk and issue logs, status reports, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, project teams, business leaders, vendors, and technical resources.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across strategic projects, ensuring alignment with priorities, dependencies, scope, schedule, budget, and delivery risks.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting for leadership visibility and decision-making.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, working sessions, and stakeholder updates.
• Lead organizational change-management activities, including communication plans, adoption strategies, training materials, and user readiness efforts.
• Create and deliver training for end users, project managers, and leadership stakeholders on the new project management platform.
• Support process standardization, project governance, reporting improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location & Schedule

• Hybrid Cayce, SC
• Day shift, 40 hours per week
• Current South Carolina residents only; relocation is not permitted
• Onsite attendance is required approximately once per month to once per quarter, potentially with limited notice
