Qualifications

Position: Enterprise Project Manager Consultant Location: Cayce, SC Duration: 1 Year

• Why is this position open: New position to manage a software implementation in the PMO Division.
• Interview Process: 2 Rounds of Virtual Interviews
• Work Location: Hybrid. Onsite expectations depend upon project needs and can be expected to range between once per month and once per quarter with little notice.
• Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.

• Need USC or GC Candidates only

This position supports the agency's project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. As the PWA is decommissioned, the role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned with the South Carolina Department of Public Health.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.
