Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant to lead large-scale technology and business projects from Cayce, SC. The role focuses on implementing a new Project Management System, maintaining standards, and delivering governance across agency initiatives.

The candidate will drive change management, develop Power BI dashboards for visibility, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement while supporting training and adoption of processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 10+ years of experience with State or Federal IT projects.
• 10+ years of experience implementing Project Management Systems.
• 8+ years of experience creating Power BI dashboards.
• 10+ years of experience with Change Management.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale technology and business projects.

• Coordinate multiple projects and agency-wide strategic initiatives.
• Provide project portfolio oversight and reporting.

Project Scope:

• Implementation of a new Project Management System
• Project and executive dashboard reporting
• User training and stakeholder support
• Project visibility and governance
• Organizational Change Management

• Support related to the decommissioning of PWA
