Job summary

CornerStone Staffing seeks an experienced Enterprise Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead the replacement of the Project Management System and retire the legacy PWA environment. You will provide enterprise portfolio oversight, develop executive Power BI dashboards, and drive change-management activities across strategic tech and business initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, plan governance, and deliver training and communications to ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

Requires enterprise project management experience.
Experience leading implementation of a new PM system.
Strong Power BI reporting and executive visibility.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end replacement of the Project Management System and retire the legacy PWA.
Develop project plans, schedules, governance materials, risk logs, status reports, and exec communications.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, project teams, business leaders, vendors, and technical resources.
Provide portfolio-level oversight across strategic projects aligning with priorities, scope, schedule, budget and delivery risks.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting for leadership visibility.
