Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Coordination experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience supporting both business and IT projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Planview, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Experience with audits/regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple business and technology projects within a large enterprise.
• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, agendas, and stakeholder calendars.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Planview, Jira, and other project management tools.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive project execution.
• Monitor project deadlines and escalate as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and governance artifacts.
• Support resource planning, project intake, and portfolio reporting activities within Planview.
• Assist with audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements when applicable.
