Job summary

The Judge Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise technology, data, analytics, and business applications initiatives across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders, technical teams, software vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic business and technology projects.

This role offers a path to full-time after 6 months of contracting, with no sponsorship opportunities now or in the future.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
5+ years of PM experience leading technology, data, analytics, or enterprise apps projects.
Experience with Data Engineers, BI, Data Ops, and stakeholders.
Strong Agile, Scrum, and Jira experience.
Experience with ERP initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Experience managing vendor relationships and data migrations.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology, data, analytics, and business application projects from planning through delivery.
Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate activities between implementation partners, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Facilitate Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning.
Support initiatives involving data warehousing, BI, reporting, data integrations, and ERP systems.
Drive accountability across project teams and remove blockers.
Develop dashboards, executive summaries, status reports, milestones, and risk docs.
Partner with Data Engineers, BI Engineers, and leadership to align priorities.
Utilize Agile and Waterfall methods as appropriate.
