KLA is seeking a Program Manager for Enterprise IDeliver in Milpitas, CA to drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Product Marketing, Engineering, Service IT, and Operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline customer engagement and improve enterprise visibility.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, business process initiatives, or customer-facing operational programs.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Enterprise IDeliver Operations: Manage day-to-day operational health of IDeliver platform and associated business processes.
• Spec Management Operations: Lead operational execution of the enterprise Spec Management program and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Cross-functional Program Management: Coordinate multiple initiatives across Engineering, Service, Marketing, Operations and IT; track milestones and risks.
• Roadmap Driver: Analyze data to identify trends and improvements; support governance and standardization across units.
