Job summary

CVTEK seeks a Program Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide software development, sustainment, and system migration initiative. You will coordinate between the project team and Government, overseeing legacy systems and multi-year migrations to modern enterprise platforms at multiple sites.

The role requires an active Secret clearance (IT-I eligibility) and U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and PMP or Agile certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Active Secret clearance (IT-I eligible) and U.S. citizenship.
• PMP or Agile/PM certification preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of overall project operations across locations.
• Oversee Agile SDLC and DevSecOps processes; draft PMP/IMS/RMP/ADMP documents.
• Manage project scope and formal CCB changes.
• Oversee legacy sunsetting activities and data migrations to new environments.
• Coordinate RMF integration with ISSMs to maintain ATO.
• Oversee ADDIE training and end-user support across tiers.
