Job summary

Enterprise PMO Senior Manager

Position Overview

Seeking a senior PMO leader to build and lead an enterprise-wide project management office supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, and organizational change. This role will establish governance, portfolio oversight, delivery standards, and executive reporting while driving consistent execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish PMO governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting processes.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs and enterprise projects.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor project managers and PMO personnel.
• Drive project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of program and project management experience.
• Experience leading or building an Enterprise PMO (EPMO) function.
• Proven success managing enterprise-wide transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with portfolio management, governance, and project reporting tools.

Preferred

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience in energy, industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to major ERP, HRIS, CRM, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Agile, SAFe, or related project delivery certifications.
