Job summary

New York Blood Center (NYBC) seeks a Senior Project Manager - Enterprise to lead large-scale, enterprise initiatives across technology, operations, and business transformation. You will partner with executive sponsors, functional teams, and external vendors to drive alignment, manage risk, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will guide project scope, timelines, and budgets while communicating progress to stakeholders and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with multiple PM methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Lean, etc.) in managing medium to large projects.
• PMP certification (must be achieved in the first year of employment).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs with significant business impact.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success metrics, timelines, and budgets in alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Lead meetings with business, technical, and cross-functional representatives on project activities, timelines, and issues.
• Articulate project status and dependencies to all levels of management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups and external providers regarding resources, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop executive-level reports and dashboards to track milestones and KPIs.
