Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale projects for enterprise customers.
• Background in technology/software product companies with exposure to R&D, QA and integration teams.
• Ability to translate technical details into practical usability for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale, end-to-end projects for enterprise customers.
• Enforce project framework methodology internally and externally.
• Serve as primary Shield presence in North America.
• Maintain direct contact with customers and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, plans, and content; coordinate inbound matrix of tech disciplines.
• Identify risks and create mitigation and contingency plans.
• Define and communicate customer requirements inbound and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
