Northrop Grumman in San Diego, CA, seeks a Program Director 1 to join the Triton program as the Triton Enterprise Program Integration Director. This on-site leadership role requires a strategic, cross-functional approach and a strong delivery mindset to align across IPTs and customer interfaces.

The role demands a bachelor’s or master’s degree with extensive program leadership experience, a U.S. Secret clearance, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
• Related experience includes engineering and management of development programs
• Active U.S Government Secret clearance and ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Integrating all processes, tools and systems across the program to ensure operational effectiveness
• Provides program level management and direction to ensure effective implementation and execution of the Integrated Management Framework across the enterprise
• Ensures baseline integrity, performance and health of the Enterprise by providing analysis for IPTs
• Establishes program long-range and annual strategies, objectives, and budgets
• Manages program level customer interface to ensure satisfaction through metrics
• Directs and controls the execution of program level reviews and action item closure
