Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Program Director 1 to join our Triton program in San Diego, CA. This on-site leadership role will serve as the Triton Enterprise Program Integration Director, reporting to the Enterprise Director, with responsibilities across planning, integration, and performance management.

The successful candidate will integrate processes, provide program-level management, and ensure collaboration across IPTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Related experience includes engineering and management or business leadership of development programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and/or organizations to achieve a common goal.
• Active U.S Government Secret clearance or higher.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Integrates all processes, tools and systems across the program to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provides program level management and direction to ensure effective implementation and execution of the Integrated Management Framework across the enterprise.
• Ensures baseline integrity, performance and health of the Enterprise by providing analysis for IPTs.
• Establishes long range and annual strategies, objectives, and plans for budgets.
• Manages program level customer interface to ensure satisfaction through assessments and reviews.
• Establishes requirements and executes plans for IT, facilities, staffing, security, and data environment.
• Directs and controls execution of program reviews and closes action items.
