Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego is seeking a Program Director 1 to join the Triton program as the Enterprise Program Integration Director. This on-site leadership role reports to the Triton Enterprise Program Director and requires impeccable judgment, collaboration, and a strategic, implementer stance to coordinate across IPTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10 years of related experience OR master's degree with 8 years.
• Related experience includes engineering and management or business leadership of development programs.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher; ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Integrating all processes, tools and systems across the program to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provides program level management and direction to ensure effective implementation and execution of the Integrated Management Framework.
• Ensures baseline integrity, performance and health of the Enterprise by providing analysis for IPTs.
• Establishes program long-range and annual strategies, objectives, and plans for budgets.
• Manages program level customer interface to ensure customer satisfaction through assessments and reviews.
• Establishes requirements and executes plans for information technology, facilities, staffing, security, and the integrated data environment.
