Job summary

The role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, coaching Senior Project Managers, and delivering on schedule, budget, quality, and risk management while maintaining executive relationships.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of progressive project, program, or delivery leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs of $250M+; multi-site/multi-year engagements preferred.
• Proven track record managing executive-level customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
• PM certification or related methodologies are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, execution, and delivery of an enterprise-scale project ranging from $250M to $500M.
• Own program governance, risk, budget, and schedule across the full lifecycle.
• Manage senior customer relationships and align executive stakeholders across functions.
• Coach Senior Project Managers and drive continuous improvement in governance and delivery.
