Job summary

Dematic seeks a Senior Program/Project Director to own end-to-end delivery of one of its largest customer programs, typically $250M–$500M in scope. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment from pursuit through delivery and serve as the primary customer-facing leader.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership, strong financial and risk management, and the ability to drive governance, program planning, and cross‑functional execution across complex automation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project/program leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale programs of $250M+ in scope.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-year engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, governance, execution, and delivery of an enterprise-scale customer project ($250M-$500M).
• Own program lifecycle from pre-award shaping to closeout and lessons learned.
• Manage executive relationships with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
