Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive healthcare professional coding experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site or enterprise-wide coding operations.
• Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and OPPS.
• Epic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of professional coding across UF Health enterprise.
• Ensure coding quality, productivity, compliance, regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize reimbursement and reduce regulatory risk.
• Standardize coding processes and monitor KPIs.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
