Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager to lead enterprise readiness across CI/CD product lines in a fast-growing developer-tools company. You will drive security, compliance, and auditability initiatives to meet Fortune 500 buyer requirements, influencing seven-figure deal cycles.

You will partner with engineering, product, and GTM to ship SSO, RBAC, cost APIs, and trusted networking features while owning packaging and pricing for enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of product management experience at infrastructure or developer-tools company.
• Experience making complex technical products enterprise-ready (security, audit logging, certifications).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud networking, and compute platforms.
• Experience building infrastructure or developer tools; GM across multiple lines in a lean startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise readiness roadmap across CI, sandboxes, and coding agent product lines.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives including SOC 2, ISO 27001, SIEM integrations, and trust documentation to clear enterprise security reviews.
• Work with enterprise customers and sales to translate procurement blockers, security questionnaires, and POC feedback into a roadmap.
• Define and ship enterprise identity and administration features: SSO, RBAC, org management, and least-privilege integration models.
• Lead enterprise networking initiatives such as static egress, private connectivity, and tenant isolation with eng teams.
• Build programmatic surfaces enterprises expect: usage and cost APIs, cost attribution, and integrations with observability and cost-management tooling.
• Own enterprise packaging and pricing with GTM, and participate in enterprise deals to remove blockers.
