Job summary

Baseten is seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to own the enterprise-readiness surface end to end, turning deployment options, compliance posture, identity and access controls, and spend governance into a scalable product.

You will partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to shape a single prioritized, priced roadmap for regulated customers, balancing security, compliance and business outcomes while shipping high-impact capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with enterprise/B2B focus.
• Shipped enterprise readiness surface (multi‑cloud, SSO/RBAC, SOC 2/HIPAA, VPC/PrivateLink, usage‑based billing).
• Strong credibility with security, compliance, and procurement buyers.
• Think in priced products, not one-off exceptions.
• Rigorous researcher who ships and delivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise Readiness experience end to end, turning readiness into a priced, platform-wide product.
• Define a unified enterprise roadmap addressing deployment, compliance, identity, billing, and security.
• Represent enterprise customer needs to product and engineering, reducing bespoke exceptions.
