Hilltop Holdings seeks an Enterprise Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end business process transformation across its subsidiaries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering Management, or related quantitative field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise transformation, process reengineering, or operational excellence.
• Experience in financial services including banking, mortgage, or broker-dealer sectors.
• Proven track record delivering measurable operational, financial, customer, and risk-management outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise business process transformation aligned to Hilltop's objectives.
• Establish governance, prioritization, value realization, and reporting frameworks for measurable outcomes.
• Lead a pod-based operating model with embedded process, data, and AI engineering capabilities.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement for business outcomes across the enterprise.
