Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking an Enterprise Process and Technology Leader to drive continuous improvement across business units. You will translate needs into requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure performance aligns with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, designing action plans, and guiding technology-enabled solutions while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance. The role offers a hybrid work model and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience.
Knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement for business area.
Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze complex business scenarios.
Leadership, change management and program/project management experience.
Experience integrating new technological and process solutions.
Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic and portfolio management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into process and technical requirements; support delivery of innovative solutions.
Analyze and measure process effectiveness across units; identify and fix performance gaps.
Lead teams to investigate root causes of process performance gaps and implement action plans.
