Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
• Seven years of related functional experience.
• Experience with project or product delivery practices, including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement through lean and agile practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end process and system capabilities and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business areas, customers and stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
• Lead and support delivery lifecycle activities and ensure user-friendly, operationally sound solutions.
• Ensure stable operation and plan maintenance activities to avoid service disruption.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve delivery practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and procurement for licensing and renewals.
