Qualifications

• Four years related experience or SAP/ERP experience.
• Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.
• Leadership, change management and program/project management.
• Experience integrating new technology and process solutions.
• Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into process and technical requirements for the enterprise vision.
• Lead requirements identification, testing coordination, defect resolution, and change management for process and application updates.
• Monitor process performance and lead efforts to investigate gaps and implement corrective actions.
