Job summary

The California Franchise Tax Board’s Enterprise Procedures & Training Program seeks an Enterprise Procedures and Training Team Lead to coordinate, schedule, develop and maintain ETS training materials for the enterprise.

The lead will monitor system changes, analyze training impacts, update iCBT modules, and perform knowledge transfer activities, collaborating with SMEs, IT partners, and multiple teams to keep content aligned across the division and enterprise.
