Job summary

EY is seeking an accomplished SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional to lead complex PLM transformations within our Technology Consulting practice. The role focuses on improving product innovation, engineering collaboration, data governance, and time-to-market through SAP PLM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years SAP-enabled PLM/engineering transformation experience.
• Experience delivering SAP PLM/ERP projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and client-management capabilities; capable of leading cross-functional teams.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP PLM roadmap and translate business priorities into a portfolio of initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, requirements, design, configuration, data migration, cutover and hypercare.
• Design and govern PLM processes, including master data, BOMs, engineering changes, and specs.
• Facilitate workshops to map current-state and future-state processes and secure approvals.
• Lead Windchill–SAP S/4HANA interface design, data mapping, validation, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and security teams to establish system-of-record ownership.
