Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking an Enterprise B2B Product Manager to own the lifecycle of Enterprise Platform capabilities in Scottsdale, AZ or Los Angeles, CA. You will translate customer needs into product strategy, work with engineering on APIs, distributed systems and observability, and guide discovery, requirements, and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, CS, or related field.
• 2–4 years of product management experience.
• Experience gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Familiar with Jira, Figma, and standard PM tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Enterprise Platform capabilities across the AXS platform.
• Establish platform priorities balancing reliability, scalability, modernization, and growth.
• Conduct research and analyze feedback to understand opportunities for fans and business.
• Drive product decisions using health metrics, telemetry, and performance data.
• Prepare product documents and support sales/marketing with technical expertise.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and launches for new products with data-driven insights.
