Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering durable, full-lifecycle platforms and services.
- Experience building and operating at intersections of IaaS, SaaS, and cybersecurity.
- Strong business and technical acumen in systems and software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead Platform Engineering vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Transform engineering architecture and operating model for scalability and reliability.
- Oversee cost, security, incident response, and performance metrics for platforms.
- Foster collaboration with C-suite and cross-functional teams to drive strategic priorities.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team to sustain multi-year transformational initiatives.
