Job summary

Axos Bank seeks an Enterprise Platform Analyst to govern 13 enterprise platforms at the San Diego HQ or Centennial CO location. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, governance, and operational health across workflow automation, document intelligence, API management, data visualization, and digital collaboration.

Ideal candidates translate business needs into platform configurations, enforce governance, and support citizen developers and business unit partners throughout the software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in business systems analyst/platform admin/IT operations.
• 1+ year in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• SharePoint Online admin experience including permissions management and governance.
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML data; read/troubleshoot payloads.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Governance: enforce SDLC, triage, UAT, release management; maintain runbooks and governance docs.
• Automation & Workflow Operations: onboard Builder/Publisher users, review workflows, promote governance; triage failures; document resolutions; translate requirements into designs.
• Integration & Data Handling: manage credentials, API keys, secrets.
