Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an Enterprise Platform Analyst to join the Centers of Excellence within Enterprise Solutions. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, governance, and health of 13 platforms spanning workflow automation, document intelligence, API management, data visualization, and digital collaboration.

Hybrid work options are available with HQ in San Diego or Centennial CO. The candidate should translate business needs into platform configurations, enforce governance, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years as a business systems analyst, platform administrator, or IT operations professional.
• 1+ year in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online including permissions management, PnP PowerShell scripting, and library governance.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures; ability to read and troubleshoot API payloads without developer support.
• Basic SQL proficiency; able to write queries for log analysis, data validation, and audit reporting.
• Understanding of SSO/identity concepts (Entra ID, SAML, OIDC) and RBAC design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Governance: enforce SDLC disciplines for platform changes, coordinate UAT, and manage production releases via ServiceNow and ADO.
• Maintain platform runbooks, SOPs, governance policies, and configuration documentation; update after every production change.
• Conduct platform health reviews and produce reports for CoE leadership.
