Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a data visualization/platform support professional to work primarily on Tableau, automation workflows, and platform governance from our HQ in the United States. The role focuses on hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and enabling developers across business teams.

You will engage with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting as part of platform enablement, with a strong emphasis on governance and cross-team collaboration. Remote is not available; relocation is not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Tableau from a platform/administration angle.
• Strong communication skills to explain governance to non-technical people.
• Exposure to REST APIs/JSON or scripting is a plus but not required.
• Agile/Scrum exposure or experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows in data visualization platforms and support changes through the software development lifecycle.
• Serve as the platform contact for Tableau, manage governance and health.
• Monitor automation runs and logs; respond to alerts and perform root-cause analysis.
• Onboard new users and provide practical feedback to developers to improve deployments.
• Maintain runbooks and platform health snapshots for leadership.
