Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configuration, management, and maintenance of all physical security platforms and edge devices.
• Continuous monitoring of system health, storage, bandwidth, and retention policies.
• Routine maintenance, firmware updates, and proactive diagnostics to ensure reliability.
• Administration of user roles, permissions, access, and secure handling/export of video and log evidence.
• Coordination with servers, storage, network, virtualization, and integration support.
• Assistance with video footage/logs for investigations, audits, and incident response; live monitoring during critical events.
• Maintenance of system documentation, SOPs, and training support for end users.
