Job summary

The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and VMS/PACS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of work experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office; VMS and PACS certifications preferred.
• Flexible schedule beyond standard hours incl. rotating on-call for ITS support.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with campus stakeholders.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and sign confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and secure physical security platforms and edge devices.
• Monitor system health, storage, bandwidth, and retention policy compliance.
• Perform routine updates, firmware upgrades, and diagnostics for reliability.
• Administer user roles, permissions, access, and secure handling/export of video/logs.
• Coordinate with IT, network, and security teams for integrations and support.
• Assist with video footage and logs for investigations and incident response.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and end-user training/support.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, audits, and secure export procedures.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures; support continuous improvement.
