Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to support the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) portfolio within the Operational Excellence team on a 12-month contract. You will design and strengthen processes, performance measures, analytics, and problem-solving practices to install an EPM framework across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process design, operations, analytics, or planning.
• Experience mapping and documenting business processes for clarity and efficiency.
• Ability to translate data patterns into actionable business insights.
• Experience defining or managing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Structured problem-solving with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to present findings clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data across properties, markets, and functions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Link operational and financial measures to revenue, margin, and cash flow.
• Develop decision tools and dashboards for performance monitoring and scenario planning.
• Identify data gaps and work with tech teams to address them.
• Clarify ownership and actions for each measure and review progress.
• Support planning by connecting goals, budgets, and outcomes.
• Assist deployment of the EPM platform and processes.
• Map process architecture and governance, including roles and handoffs.
• Collaborate with leaders to define KPIs, ownership, targets, data sources.
